Condition of items for sale is the opinion of seller and inspections highly encouraged. Items may have cosmetic damage consistent with active use and age of property. We do not offer opinions on the operational condition of any item listed. There may be defects not detectable at time of listing, as such, it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect item and place a bid based solely on that inspection if you desire.
Winning bidder must pickup with proper identification and documents from public surplus. Buyers unable to come in person may arrange for their own shipper to pick up items. Buyer must submit an original document with their full legal information that matches Public Surplus records giving permission for the release to another individual or company. The letter must contain full info of who is picking up and letter must have buyer’s legal signature. Buyer must also provide a photocopy of state issued id showing full info and signature. Once payment and all info in letter is verified, Wyoming Police Department will then release the items.
Items will only be available for pickup, inspection or preview, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, no holidays or weekends. This item is being sold “AS IS”, with no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Failure to inspect the property does not allow for adjustment of the sale price or the rescission of the sale.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

The City of Wyoming will charge a sales tax of 6.825% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said City of Wyoming will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: The City of Wyoming may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
