1999 John Deere Gator 6X4 – Engine Seized

Up for auction is a 1999 John Deere Gator 6X4. This unit is being sold as-is, non-running, with a seized engine. The body and frame show normal wear for its age with consistent with use. Tires hold air and steering components appear intact. This unit has not been tested beyond a visual inspection. May be suitable for parts or repair. No maintenance history is available.

Sold As-Is / Where-Is. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all removal, loading, and transportation arrangements. Pick Up: All items MUST be removed within 5 working days from the time and date of receipt of payment notification. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

  • Auction pick up by appointment only (no exceptions) M-F (excluding holidays) between 8:00 a.m-2:00 p.m.
  • All third-party pickups require an e-mailed letter of authorization from the auction winner.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days from the time and date of receipt of payment notification. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Virginia Beach City Public Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers. All items are offered on an AS-IS, WHERE IS basis.
