You are bidding on: Lot of (7) Dell PCs, Dell Laptop, ASUS PC, HP PC
Specifications:

CPU: Multiple
RAM: Multiple
Disk: Multiple
Operating System: POP OS Linux
 
All computers (5) have been power tested and boot to POP OS Linux EXCEPT: (2) PCs (the HP and ASUS pictured on the left), these 2 PC's have NO hard-drive and are for parts only.
 
Generic username and password for POP OS will be provided to buyer at pickup.

Please see pictures of like items for additional description. Defects not shown/known/listed may exist. Buyer agrees to buy items in "AS-IS" condition.
 
No warranty is provided, stated, or implied in any way.

Pre-bidding inspection is welcomed and encouraged. To make viewing arrangements please contact us at 503-815-3549.
 
If shipping is required, it is up to the winning bidder to make all necessary arrangements within 7 days of End of Auction.

The winning bidder has (5) FIVE business days to pay and (10) TEN business days to pick up or TCECD has the right to default the buyer and re-list the item.

We will be open from 8-3 PST, Monday - Thursday, for pick-up.
 
Buyer must provide at least 48 hours advanced notice prior to pickup.

Tillamook County Emergency Communications District may require a bid deposit.

PayMac, handles all payments for Tillamook County Emergency Communications District.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Tillamook County Emergency Communications District may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
