IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SMOG COMPLIANCE. Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 24007.5(g), each Bidder acknowledges the following:
A. Smog Certification Required: Certificates of compliance are required to be obtained by the Successful Bidder, certifying that the Vehicle complies with Part 5 (commencing with Section 43000) of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code and Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5) of Chapter 20.3 of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code, before the Vehicle may be registered in this state. The County is NOT responsible for providing a smog certificate or certificate of compliance.
B. The Successful Bidder accepts full and sole responsibility for any and all costs, repairs, testing, and modifications necessary to obtain a valid certificate of compliance and to lawfully register the Vehicle.
Sales Tax Applicable will be added to the amount due - NO exceptions.
Please Note: Every possible effort has been made to describe this sales item clearly and accurately. There are no additional historical records or information as to the condition or fitness for any use or purpose. Any known deficiencies have been described but does not preclude the item from additional deficiencies. Bidders buy at their own risk. All auction items sold are "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition. No refunds, guarantees, warranties or returns will apply. Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available

Consideration of Bid. County of Stanislaus reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for County of Stanislaus.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Removal. All items must be removed within 10 working days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
