Unknown mechanical condition
THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. THERE IS NO WARRANTY, NOR GUARANTEE ON THE MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THIS EQUIPMENT.
There may be decals, license plates, or city markings shown in the pictures. All of them will be removed prior to removal of the vehicle from the city property.

AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE MADE FOR VIEWING and/or PICKUP.
Viewing Dates and times will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
REMOVAL DATES are by appointment only. Pick up should be coordinated by purchaser NOT by the transport company.
GENERAL CONDITION:
NO mechanical work is allowed on City Property. You should assume you will need to tow the vehicles off the property. City employees are not permitted to help in the removal process in any way.
Without exception all arrangements must be made 48 hours (minimum) prior to viewing items prior to auction end or pick-up of items after auction ends.
**Buyer is responsible for removing item from a secure area between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., M-F, NO EXCEPTIONS. Arrangements must be made 48 hours (minimum) prior to pick-up.**
In an effort to promote fair and honest bidding we will aggressively monitor our auctions for the presence of default bidders. You must have a clean bidding record with www.publicsurplus.com to participate in our auctions. Bidders who have been blocked by other agencies or have a history of defaulting will be immediately blocked and any current bids will be retracted.
