PayMac, handles all payments for OCFA. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: OCFA may require bid deposits.

All property is offered for sale As-Is, Where-Is. There is no guarantee or warranty, whether express or implied, as to the merchantability, functionality, fitness or performance of property offered for sale.

OCFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive minor irregularities in bids received, to negotiate with any qualified respondent, or to cancel in whole or part this request.

Bidders that fail to pay for and/or remove property within ten (10) business days from close of bid shall be declared in default and shall forfeit all rights to take possession of the property. Default bidders may be banned from participating in future online auction events.
