Inspection Dates: August 11th, 13th, 18th and 20th 2026, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Auction items are to be picked up from 08/24/2026 through 08/28/2026 and 08/31/2026 from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Please read below to see what is required to pick up items. Titles to be picked up at City Hall for vehicles by the purchaser after payment clears prior to attempting to pick up vehicles.

The City of Kenai may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Kenai.
Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. The NOTICE OF AWARD, PAYMENT RECEIPT, and PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. We have a small forklift and may be available to assist with larger items-
