Former fleet vehicle that received oil changes at manufacturer recommended intervals maintained as per manufacturer inspection schedule. Vehicle has cosmetic damage, dents, dings, scratches, rust. Mileage- 245464.
Vehicle started, stopped, turned and drove forward and in reverse properly at time of being removed from service. There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will (1) start, (2) drive (3) or move under its own power at the time the vehicle is picked up. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate the vehicle prior to bidding on it. Hard copy maintenance records are available for in person viewing upon request. Once vehicle is removed from City premises, the buyer accepts the vehicle “as is”.
Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction end or vehicle will be relisted.
- Please bring the "Paid Receipt" and identification when picking up items.
- If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the auction item, you must provide authorization via email or in writing, along with proof of your identification.
- Item may be removed by appointment only.
- No assistance will be provided to determine if the vehicle will start.
- Must have proper equipment to remove vehicle as quickly as possible.
- No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on property. Tire replacement will be allowed for transporting.
- Non-Running vehicles must be towed.
- Vehicle maintenance records will not be provided.
- License plates have been removed, and temporary tags will not be provided.
-Vehicle may have body and/or interior damage not shown clearly in pictures.
**Bidders violating the terms and conditions will not be issued a refund and will be blocked from future auctions.**

Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for City of Kellogg.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Kellogg may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
