Payment must be made within 5 business days of the Notice of Award of the successful bid. Pick-up must be within 10 business days after the date of the Notice of Award.
Buyer to pick up merchandise from Hemet Unified School District, 2075 W. Acacia Ave, Hemet, CA.

- Pickup is Monday thru Friday, between 8:00-2:00 pm.
- ID must be presented at pick-up with a printed copy of your receipt. No electronic form will be accepted. No exceptions. Thank you.

TERMS OF SALE: All purchases must be paid for in full on the day of sale. All descriptions are believed to be correct. Equipment sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sellers for any and all damages, claims, or liability for injuries to person or property caused during the sale or by the removal of purchased item/s.
Photos are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee the condition of the item at time of pickup.

Hemet Unified Nutrition Services may require a bid deposit.
PayMac, handles all payments for Hemet Unified Nutrition Services .
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Hemet Unified Nutrition Services will charge a sales tax of 8.75%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
