This is a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe. Emergency equipment has been removed. Vehicle was driven to auction location.
Viewing Dates:
Vehicle inspections will be held at 164 Brimstone Lane, Winchester, VA 22602 on:
- April 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- April 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
These are the only scheduled viewing times. Inspections will take place rain or shine. The gate will close promptly at 2:00 p.m.
No special appointments will be made for anyone unable to attend during the listed times.
Vehicle Pickup:
Pickup, including by contracted transport companies, is by prior appointment only, walk-ins, unscheduled pick up attempts, and all others without an appointment may be turned away or face significant delays in attempting to retrieve vehicles.

Scheduled Pickup Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
The successful bidder is solely responsible for removing the vehicle and must provide any labor, equipment, or towing needed for pickup.
Frederick County may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Frederick County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. PayMac will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up items within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Upon receipt of payment, you will be notified by email sent to the address provided at registration with PublicSurplus.com. You may then contact Frederick County and arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up time. You must bring to the pick-up location (1) the Notice of Award, (2) the Paid Receipt and (3) personal picture identification (such as a Driver License). You must present all three identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
