SCHEDULED Viewing & Pickup hours: Monday through Friday, 08:30 - 3:30 p.m. eastern standard time. Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

PICKUP and Inspection of Vehicle IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Walk-ins are strongly discouraged and will experience delays.  Seller will not provide mechanical help once buyer takes ownership. Come prepared for any possible situation. You must schedule an appointment.

Frederick County may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Frederick County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. PayMac will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up items within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Upon receipt of payment, you will be notified by email sent to the address provided at registration with PublicSurplus.com. You may then contact Frederick County and arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up time. You must bring to the pick-up location (1) the Notice of Award, (2) the Paid Receipt and (3) personal picture identification (such as a Driver License). You must present all three identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
