Ten Bay Pole Building, Eight bays 10ft wide 9ft high, Two Bays 12ft wide 15ft high. The small overhead door on back side in attached shop is 8ft X 8ft. The 10x9 door side is 96ft wide 24ft deep. The 12x15 door wall is 30ft wide and 36ft deep. The little attached building on back is 36ft wide 12ft deep. Small 12ftx30ft loft in back of 12ftx15ft doors.
Attention winning bidder:
Upon payment, the winning bidder will have until April 30th, 2026 to complete the deconstruction. If the building is not removed before that date, the contract will be void and cancelled unless a new contract is negotiated. (example provided)
The winning bidder must conform to all City of Florence regulations. Any permits and licenses (example provided) must be acquired and provided to the City of Florence before building deconstruction. The site must be secured, along with all erosion and sediment control measures must be approved and in place before deconstruction of building. These measures are to be maintained in working order throughout the project.
