The bidder is solely responsible for packing and loading the item.
- There will not be staff available to assist with loading items.
- There will not be any equipment provided or available for use by the winning bidder. (forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, etc.)
We have NO packing and shipping capabilities and do NOT accept prepaid labels or call tags.
The winning bidder will have 5 business days to finalize payment and to contact the seller.

Pick up appointments are mandatory. Call to schedule an appointment, hours of availability by phone are Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm, except all major holidays. Please leave a message if your call is not answered. Calls with no message are assumed spam and will not be returned.
If we are unable to communicate with you after the allotted 10 business days, you will forfeit the award and payment per the terms listed by Public Surplus.
