This listing is for one (1) wood step ladder. The ladder shows heavy signs of use including cracks, gouges, splintering, and general wear throughout. Two of the metal spreader braces are broken, as shown in the photos. The ladder was climbed approximately halfway during inspection and felt stable at that height; however, due to the visible damage and broken braces, the overall structural integrity cannot be guaranteed. This ladder should be thoroughly inspected and repaired as needed prior to use.

This is an 8-foot wooden industrial step ladder designed for general-purpose commercial and maintenance use. It features a traditional wood construction with metal reinforcement hardware and spreader braces for stability. PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.

PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
