This lot includes two (2) ProMaxima adjustable-height gym benches constructed with heavy-duty commercial steel frames and padded vinyl bench tops. Both benches include functioning height adjustment handles and can be adjusted within an approximate range of 18-1/2" to 23".
These benches are commercial-grade units designed for strength training and institutional fitness environments. Frames are solid and structurally intact. The vinyl seat surfaces show visible tears and cosmetic wear consistent with prior use; however, padding remains intact and usable. The benches remain fully adjustable and freestanding.
Overall condition reflects typical institutional wear including scuffs and finish wear on the frames and surface wear on the upholstery as shown in the photos. No additional accessories are included.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up. Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).
AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.
PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
