Description: These chairs feature a solid wood frame with curved wood armrests and padded seat and back cushions upholstered in green fabric. The chairs are designed for guest or meeting room use and are equipped with casters on the front legs for ease of movement.
The chairs have been previously used and show cosmetic wear consistent with institutional use, including fabric wear, surface marks, and scuffs to the wood frames. Upholstery shows discoloration and wear in areas. All chairs appear structurally intact based on visual inspection.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up. Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).
AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.
PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
