KONECRANES 2 TON Electric chain hoist, trolley and bridge assembly. This was pulled down in an accident and not reused. Buyer inspection highly recommended.

A preliminary inspection has revealed no visible or reported structural damage, but the seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, safety, or operational status of the equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to conduct their own inspection and assessment prior to purchase.

By purchasing this crane, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The sale is final and the crane is sold in its current condition, with all faults, if any.
  • The seller disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • It is advised to perform a full inspection by a qualified technician or engineer prior to use.
  • The buyer assumes all responsibility for the crane upon transfer of ownership, including inspection, repair, certification, transportation, use, and any related liabilities.
The seller shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or condition of the crane, whether direct or consequential.

Bid Deposits: Douglas County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac Inc handles all payments for Douglas County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Douglas County will charge a sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium:A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Douglas County will not release the item to you.
