2013 Ford Escape SE 4WD. This unit has been regularly maintained by fleet services.

The notes from the final evaluation on this unit. "We have found unit was in limp mode when unit arrived at the shop. Unit has codes for overheating. Coolant is full. I have pulled all four spark plugs to check cylinders for possible head gasket leak. After scoping units cylinder we have found unit has coolant in cylinder 1".
