Cochise College – Auction Terms and Pickup Information

Condition of Equipment

  • All IT equipment is sold AS-IS.
  • All sales are final – no guarantees on condition.
  • Items may be incomplete, missing parts, or only suitable for parts.
  • Pictures may not reflect missing or damaged components.
  • Hard drives have been removed.
  • Possible missing/broken components include (not all-inclusive):
    • RAM
    • Motherboards
    • Screens
    • Graphics cards
    • Power supplies
    • Input/output devices
    • Peripherals
    • Cabling
    • Fans
    • Lenses
    • Connectors

Viewing of Items

  • Viewing is by appointment only.
  • Contact the Auction Contact listed in the post to schedule an appointment.

Buyer’s Premium & Payment

  • A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final sale price (minimum $1 per auction).
  • Payments are handled by Pay MAC (wire transfer or credit card only).
  • No cash, checks, or money orders accepted.
  • Payment is due within 5 business days after the auction closes.
  • Buyers will be notified of payment receipt by email.

Pickup Requirements

  • Items must be picked up within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Lots must be removed in their entirety.
  • Items not picked up will be forfeited and may affect future bidding privileges.
  • Payment receipt is required for item release.
  • Buyers must schedule and confirm a pickup appointment in advance.
  • Unannounced arrivals will not be accommodated.

Pickup Summer Hours (except Holidays) -These times are non-negotiable

  • Sierra Vista Campus & Downtown Center:
    • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Douglas Campus:
    • Mondays: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
    • Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Important Notes

  • Buyers are solely responsible for loading and transporting items.
  • Cochise College does not provide lifting, towing, hauling, packing, labeling, weighing, or shipping assistance.
  • Please bring adequate help and equipment for loading.

Sales Tax Exemptions

  • Only Arizona sales tax exemptions are accepted.

Inspection of auction items is available by appointment only.

All payments are received and processed by PayMac, a third-party payment processing company for Cochise College. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card only.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Payment for awarded items must be received within five (5) business days following the closing of the auction.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final sale price, with a minimum charge of $1 per auction to collect payment.

Buyers are responsible for scheduling an appointment prior to picking up auction items, unless other arrangements have been made with the College Asset Manager.
Pick-up hours are as follows:
* Sierra Vista Campus or Downtown Center: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
* Douglas Campus: Mondays from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. & Fridays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
(Excluding holidays)
The successful bidder is fully responsible for the removal of all items. Cochise College does not pack, label, weigh, or ship items. No equipment or assistance is available for loading or removal of auction items.
Cochise College will accept Arizona sales tax exemption certificates only.
