Condition: FAIR
For Sale: Three (3) Double-side weightlifting racks
 
These racks were used by student-athletes at Clarke County High School in the weight room.   The racks have been disassembled as seen in the pictures.   Pictures showing what they looked like before they were disassembled are also shown.
 
The age of the racks are not known.   Clarke County High School recently purchased new racks and these were no longer needed and marked for surplus.   They were reported to be in working condition, but do have a lot of signs of wear.
 
Sold as-is.  The buyer will be responsible for loading and hauling the items away.  The County is not able to provide labor to help with loading or hauling.

Upon receipt of award: By Cash (U. S. currency only), Cashiers, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to Clarke County, VA Treasurer. Payment may be sent to or delivered to Clarke County Treasurer's Office, 101 Chalmers Court, Berryville, VA 22611.

Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within seven (7) calendar days and remove property within ten (10) calendar days from date of notice of award. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for paying the 5.3% sales tax over the final selling price.
