All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.

Eligibility: A Buyer must be a minimum of 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as a Buyer in an auction.

PayMac, handles all payments for Chino Valley USD #51. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Surplus Distribution for Chino Valley USD #51: Per State Law, all surplus must be offered for sale through public bid or auction. Neither District employees, governing board members nor their spouse or family members may directly or indirectly purchase these items; it is considered a misdemeanor if they do so.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 days after notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Please contact us if special arrangements are needed.

Bid Deposits: Chino Valley USD #51 may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all Buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
