Payments:
* PayMac processes all payments for the CITY.
* Accepted methods: Wire Transfer or Credit Card only.
* Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted.
* Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close.

Sales Tax:
* The CITY charges 8.0% sales tax, except on licensed vehicles.
* Tax is calculated at bidding.
* When applicable, buyers must include tax in payment.

Buyer's Premium:
* A 10% Buyer's Premium is added to the final price.
* Minimum payment-processing charge: $1 per auction.

Finality of Sale:
* All sales are final.
* Public Surplus will email payment confirmation.
* Buyers must remove items within 5 business days of payment notice.
* Proof of payment is required for pickup; items will not be released without it.

Bid Deposits:
* The CITY may require deposits to ensure fair bidding and reduce defaults.

Pickup:
* Pickup is by appointment during regular business hours.
* Buyers are responsible for all removal.
* The CITY does not prepare, pack, or ship items; all related costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Compliance:
* These terms comply with Washington State laws governing public auctions.

Participation constitutes agreement to all terms and applicable laws.
