The notice of award or payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. If you are picking up an item for someone else, you will need the Payment Receipt plus a note from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming you as their authorized representative, along with your own ID. 

Winning bidder will need to provide “all manpower and materials” in order to be able to move purchases off premises (boxes, pallets, rope, tarps, etc.)  

If you hire a shipping company to pick up your purchases, you will still need to have shipper or someone else provide packing, manpower, and materials in order to prepare item for shipping. 

Only item(s) listed in Title and/or Description are available - no other items in background of pictures are included in this sale.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Buyer is responsible for paying the 7% sales tax over the final sale price.

Titled vehicles or equipment are not taxed. These taxes are paid when it is registered.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Bay District Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days from the "Notice of Award" from Public Surplus and complete removal of all items must be made within ten (10) days from the
"Notice of Award."

Pick up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
