Upon payment of auction(s), please submit a copy of your ID to moarredondo@wfisd.net. We can then begin to process title transfer paperwork which can take several days, so we ask for your patience. We will then reach out to you so that you can schedule a pickup date. Please DO NOT show up without an appointment because you will have wasted a trip. Also, these vehicles are sold AS IS and the buyer must be prepared to tow vehicle(s) away if necessary. No work outside of jump starting/hooking up to vehicles to tow away is allowed on District property. Removal of vehicle(s) is the sole responsibility of the buyer, so bring necessary tools, equipment, assistance, etc.
Buyers have 5 business days after notification that vehicle(s) are ready to be picked up, to remove vehicles from WFISD property, or storage fees may be accrued. Please contact our office if you need more time.

vehículo es responsabilidad exclusiva del comprador, por lo que deberá traer las
herramientas, el equipo y la ayuda necesarios.
Los compradores tienen 5 días hábiles a partir de la notificación de que el/los vehículo(s) está(n) listo(s) para ser recogido(s) para retirarlo(s) de la propiedad de WFISD; de lo contrario, se podrían aplicar cargos por almacenamiento. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction
Wichita Falls ISD will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Wichita Falls ISD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s)
