Weber State Surplus has available a MW12 Ear Examination Simulator Trainer from Kyoto Kagaku.
 
Attention!: An appointment to pick up item during business hours (Monday through Thursday 9am to 3pm) is REQUIRED.
 
2 sizes of ear canals
Anatomically correct soft ear model that allows training in straightening the auditory canal by pulling the auricle
Work with a real otoscope
The manikin neck can be tilted.
Training is possible with both left and right ears. 
Warning against painful insertion with or without beep
Major 9 cases are prepared
Quick switching between cases
takes 2 AA batteries 
 
Dial on back loose and needs to be tightened
