BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLYING FOR ANY PERMITS NECESSARY TO MOVE THE MODULAR CLASSROOM TRAILER FROM DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM PROPERTY.
BUYER WILL ARRANGE AND PAY FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE CLASSROOM TRAILER PRIOR TO JANUARY 5, 2026. ALL PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE "AS IS - WHERE IS".
Winning Bidder MAY NOT try and re-sell the modular classroom from the Douglas County School property site. Successful bidder will be responsible for disassembling and moving mobile classroom at their own expense. No DCSS property shall be disturbed in the moving of the mobile classroom. Any damage occurring to DCSS property during the mobile classroom removal will be charged back to the successful bidder to repair the damage.
All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound thereby. Winning bidder must pay Public Surplus within 5 Business Days of Auction Closing.
Modular classroom trailer must be picked up between THE PAYMENT DATE AND JANUARY 5, 2026 Any modular classroom not picked up by JANUARY 5, 2026 will become the property of DCSS and will be disposed of.
MODULAR CLASSROOM MUST BE REMOVED BY JANUARY 5, 2026. IF MODULAR CLASSROOM IS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THIS SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD, DCSS WILL TERMINATE THE WINNING BID WITHOUT A REFUND. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR THIS PICK UP.
