2020 Ford Explorer Sport utility vehicle Police interceptor package with 3.3 liter V6. Runs and drives. Currently starts. PS, PB, PW, PL, AC. This vehicle was utilized as a patrol vehicle and was driven daily, sometimes on multiple shifts. 157816 miles. Vehicle has normal wear and tear associated with a Police vehicle, scratches, dents, minor blemishes. There is no warranty expressed or implied. Vehicle is "as is", "where is". We reserve the right to discontinue the auction for any reason at any time, or repost if reserve is not met. This vehicle interior also has several areas where police equipment was removed so there are holes, plugs and brackets present in some areas. Interior is clean otherwise. Full size spare in trunk. One key and not keyless entry or remote start. Vehicle was purchase new by WISO 7/2020 with 73 actual miles and has remained in fleet until recently taken offline for replacement. Clean title in hand.

Winnebago County personnel will not be available to assist with pick-ups. All items must be loaded and transported by the buyer. The County has no equipment to assist with pickups. Buyers are responsible to load and transport item.

PayMac handles all payments for Winnebago County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Winnebago County will charge applicable sales tax of 5% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. Winnebago County personnel or equipment will not be available to assist with pick-ups.
