Item is sold as it is, where it is with no warranty or guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all loading. There is no forklift or other equipment available to help.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of the item(s) from the agency’s premises. This means the buyer is responsible for all loading, lifting, moving, transportation, etc. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid.
Contact Bailey Robinson at Peninsula College in advance to arrange time for removal of items.
Removal of items must be Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. These are the only times available, if you cannot pick up during this time, do not bid.

Peninsula College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers. PayMac Inc handles all payments for Peninsula College.
Acceptable forms of payment are credit card or wire transfer. No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted.
Peninsula College will charge sales tax of 8.9%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. PayMac Inc will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
