Three of the chairs are the same. Each one having the approximate dimensions of: 42"T X 20"D X 20"W
One of the chairs is: 32"T X 24"W X 24"D
The chairs have signs of wear (scratches), but are in good functional shape.

Clarke County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by Clarke County, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). Clarke County will not ship any items.
Upon receipt of award: By Cash (U. S. currency only), Cashiers, Certified Check, or Money Order made payable to Clarke County, VA Treasurer. Payment may be sent to or delivered to Clarke County Treasurer's Office, 101 Chalmers Court, Berryville, VA 22611.
Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within seven (7) calendar days and remove property within ten (10) calendar days from date of notice of award. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for paying the 5.3% sales tax over the final selling price.
