Auction pick up by appointment only (no exceptions) M-F (excluding holidays) between 8:00 a.m-2:00 p.m.

  • This bus is stored at 2201 Round Hill Dr. and the auction winner is responsible for their own transportation to that site.

  • All vehicles may require jump starting. Please be advised, replacing dead batteries is the responsibility of the auction winner.
  • We will assist with jump starting provided personnel are available.

PayMac, handles all payments for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days from close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days from the time and date of receipt of payment notification. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Virginia Beach City Public Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers. All items are offered on an AS-IS, WHERE IS basis.
