Description: The EZ4000 Online Volumetric Alkalinity Analyzer, part of Hach’s EZ Series, is a high-performance, single-parameter titrator designed for continuous monitoring of alkalinity in water treatment applications. Built on an industrial analytical platform, it features high-precision dispensers, robust peristaltic pumps, and carefully engineered liquid pathways to ensure reliable and accurate results. The analyzer uses acid-base titration to measure total alkalinity, offering a wide standard range from 100 to 2500 mg/L CaCO₃. Its compact footprint and smart automation features make it ideal for demanding environments such as influent monitoring in wastewater treatment, primary and secondary treatment stages, and other industrial water processes.
The EZ4000 is equipped with a panel PC interface for control and communication, supporting both analog and digital outputs, and can handle multiple stream analysis—up to eight streams simultaneously. Its flexible titration capabilities allow adaptation to various water matrices and measurement ranges, making it a versatile solution for complex water quality monitoring needs. With ready-to-use reagents, customizable configurations, and integration options for SCADA systems, the EZ4000 provides a robust and scalable solution for utilities and industries aiming to maintain optimal water chemistry and regulatory compliance.
