Requirements for items picked up by a third party: Logan City reserves the right to require the buyer to provide a copy of current identification, a signed receipt, and a written request naming the third party. The third party will provide identification and a copy of the receipt before the item is released. These requirements also apply to items picked up by a shipping company. We will direct the shipping company to use the address shown in the buyer’s username information in Public Surplus. Shipping to an alternate name or address is not allowed.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Buyer has 10 business days after auction close for item removal.
