Walls: 2x4 studs @16", 7/16 OSB wall sheathing, Greenguard housewrap, 8 1/4" Hardiplank lap siding, 5/4 SPF corner trim.
Roof: Gable roof, 4/12 pitch, 2x4 rafters, 7/16 OSB sheathing, 15# felt and architectural shingles.
Door: 36" x80" fiberglass raised panel, Kwickset deadbolt set.
