[ View/Ask ]Ladies and gentlemen, collectors of fine machinery, seekers of adventure, and people who just want something they can hose out after a weekend in the woods—I present to you the 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport.
This is not just a vehicle. This is a lifestyle. A personality trait. A statement that says, “Yes, I could drive a sensible crossover… but I choose chaos and simplicity.”
Key Features (aka reasons you should buy this immediately):
4.0L High Output Engine – The engine so famous it has its own fan club. Runs like it’s personally offended by hills.
4x4 – Because pavement is optional.
Tires at 80% – Basically brand new in Jeep years.
88,509 miles – That’s barely middle-aged for an XJ. It hasn’t even started leaking in all the traditional Jeep places yet.
Power windows & locks – Luxury. Pure, unfiltered luxury.
Cherokee Sport trim – Because you deserve the finer things.
Condition:
She’s sold AS-IS, which in Jeep terms means: if you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t the relationship for you. But if you want character, charm, and something that will climb a small mountain? This is your rig.
Use Cases:
Daily driver
Hunting/fishing rig
First vehicle for someone who needs to learn “mechanical empathy”
Overland build starter kit
Yard art that can still do 75 mph
This Jeep is ready for its next adventure. Are you?
