All items are as-is, where-is. Viewing of Auction items by appointment only. The successful bidder must set up an appointment in order to pick up purchases. Loading and removal of items will be the responsibility of the the successful bidder.

Payment and removal of items must be completed within (5) work days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com unless other arrangements have been made with the RRTC Maintenance Director (Work days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00-11:00 am and 12:00-3:00 pm, with the exception of Fridays in the month of June and all holidays on the RRTC calendar.

Any successful bidder who defaults (fails to pay for and/or follow proper procedures for the collection of their items) will forfeit purchased items and may be blocked from future RRTC auctions.

A 7% surcharge will be added to all purchases. Credit card transactions require a minimum $15.00 total.

RRTC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
