Exterior: The vehicle shows significant signs of age and heavy use typical of a municipal maintenance vehicle. Notable body rust is present on the front hood, front fenders, and rear wheel wells/bedsides.
Interior: The interior is in "work truck" condition. The vinyl bench seat has visible tearing on the driver's side and center armrest. The steering wheel has a temporary wrap, and there is visible wear on the dash and flooring.
Mechanical: Exhaust manifold leaks. Potential buyers should expect general wear consistent with school district service.

Westlake City Schools and the auctioneer make no warranties, guarantees, or representations, either express or implied, regarding the mechanical condition, roadworthiness, or longevity of this vehicle or its attachments (plow, liftgate, etc.).
Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person prior to bidding.

Westlake City Schools may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Westlake City Schools.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Westlake City Schools may be required to charge a sales tax (est. 5.75%) for items sold through the online auction site.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
