The City will charge a sales tax of 8.125%. The tax will be calculated at the time of the bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making a payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the City's premises. Removal must occur within ten(10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. To pick up an item please follow the Pick-Up Procedures in the Terms and Conditions. Pick-up hours are by appointment only.
