100' length x 40' wide steel beam construction. 12' x 13' manual garage door. Two swamp cookers (one located on north end of the building and one located on the roof). Outer shell is tin. LED lighting. Winning bidder must remove the building, located at 186 West 2nd North, Preston by April 20, 2026.
We encourage any and all bidders to come look at items before bidding, you are bidding as is with no guarantees. We do our best to describe any and all defects that are known when taken out of service, you may find additional items needing attention. Please have copy of receipt and a valid driver's license with you before you pick up items. Appointment required to preview and pickup.

The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
