80' length x 40' wide steal beam construction. 12' x 13' manual garage door. Two swamp cookers located on north end of building. Outer shell is tin. LED lighting. Winner of the bid must remove the building, located at 186 West 2nd North, Preston, by April 30, 2026.
We encourage any and all bidders to come look at items before bidding, you are bidding as is with no guarantees. We do our best to describe any and all defects that are known when taken out of service, you may find additional items needing attention. Please have copy of receipt and a valid driver's license with you before you pick up items. Appointment required to preview and pickup.
