Item Description
Available for public bid is one (1) Hasler M5000 Folder/Inserter machine. This unit was utilized for utility billing and was in working condition when removed from active service several years ago. It has not been used for over five years. It is designed to automate the folding, inserting, and sealing of documents into envelopes.

Condition & Warranty
Status: This item is being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
Maintenance: Routine maintenance was performed during its service life; however, a professional calibration is recommended upon installation.
Reason for Sale: No longer needed. We utilize a third party for utility billing.
Removal Instructions
Public Bidding: Open to all interested parties.
Payment: All payments must be finalized through the auction platform prior to pickup.
Logistics: The winning bidder is entirely responsible for the dismantling (if necessary), loading, and transportation of the unit. On-site assistance and loading equipment (forklifts/pallets) will not be provided.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
City of Ammon may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Ammon.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
