PayMac handles all payments.

The only forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

All buyers will be charged applicable sales tax based on the buyer's location. A valid Florida Re-sale Certificate or Certificate of Exemption must be provided prior to making payment.

A Buyer's Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price ($1 minimum charge) per auction for payment collections.

Successful bidder is responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Items are not available for immediate pick-up. You must contact the agency to schedule a pick-up time. Items will be available within 7 - 14 days upon confirmation of payment received by FDACS. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. Title to item(s) paid in full will not pass to the successful bidder until bidder actually receives and takes possession of the item(s) at the mutually agreed upon pick-up time.

Successful bidder is responsible for packing and loading all item(s) at pick-up.
