Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. Items will not be release for pickup until payment has been received and verified by the Orange County Comptroller.

The Orange County Comptroller's Office will collect sales tax of 6.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. Tax-exempt companies MUST contact the Orange County Comptroller PRIOR to making payment in order to have taxes removed, if applicable.

A Buyers Premium of 11.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Awarded items must be removed from the premises within ten (10) business days of the close of auction.

Pick-up hours are between 8AM and 3PM Mon.-Thurs. and Friday 8AM to 12PM by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up.
