All shipping, handling, packaging, freight, delivery, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing. Shipping costs may vary based on the item's size, weight, destination, carrier, and required method of transportation.

The seller is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier delays, lost or misdirected packages, weather-related delays, or damage occurring after an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping or handling charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or returned shipment may be charged to the buyer.

For items designated LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, the buyer is responsible for arranging pickup, transportation, loading, labor, equipment, and any associated costs within the stated pickup period.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the entire listing, photographs, disclosed condition, pickup/shipping requirements, and other available information before purchasing or bidding.

Items may show signs of previous use, including scratches, dents, stains, wear, missing components, cosmetic imperfections, or other conditions consistent with surplus or previously owned property. Buyers are strongly encouraged to ask questions and, when available, inspect items before bidding or purchasing. Failure to inspect an item does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

By completing the transaction, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the item's disclosed condition, shipping or pickup requirements, and these terms and understand that surplus merchandise involves inherent risks associated with purchasing used or previously owned property.

These terms should be used together with the specific Public Surplus platform rules and applicable state consumer-protection laws; platform rules or applicable law may override conflicting seller terms.
