[ View/Ask ]PROPERTY PICKUP:
Buyer must pick up auction item(s) within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Lots purchased must be removed in their entirety. Items abandoned or not picked up within the state time frame will revert to the Santee School District to re-sell or dispose of the property.
Specific information will be provided once an appointment time is selected. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released. Buyers are responsible for arranging pick up of their items. Buyer must call to make an appointment for pick up. Appointment date and time must be confirmed by Santee School District staff to be considered valid. Please see the Auction Contact listed in this auction to schedule an appointment for pick up.
Buyer must make appointment to pick up winning item. Please note, if buyer shows up unannounced, you could be turned away to schedule an appointment. Available Pick-Up hours are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday, except for holidays. These terms are non-negotiable. Also, this item is not located at the district office. Please do not go to the district office for pick up. Follow pick up directions and address for pickup once scheduled.
Ensure you have the necessary help, equipment and vehicles to accommodate the loading of items. Santee School District DOES NOT provide any method of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods required for removal and transport of the items. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of all items upon scheduled pick up.
Santee School District does not pack, label, weigh or ship any items, nor has any type of equipment available for the help/loading of any items for shipment of auction items.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
CNS - Santee School District may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
