Vehicle may have damage not shown clearly in pictures. It is important you inspect the vehicle prior to making a bid. ***IMPORTANT*** ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN "14 CALENDAR DAYS" OF PAYMENT OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BID DEPOSIT AND VEHICLE WILL BE RE-LISTED. Condition : Vehicle has been out of service for approximately five years.  The engine is not seized.
The Hybrid drive transmission and DPIM have been removed, the catylist and  DPF  are not included in this sale.  This means the bus does not start or run at this time. Please bid accordingly. The DPF is no longer available from Cummins and there are no aftermarket units available with CARB certification. Therefore, this vehicle may no longer be operated in California. 
Sold "as-is, where-is without warranties. All CA numbers and license plates will be removed from transit vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. Comments:  If it is NOT in the pictures, it is NOT included.
