This auction features a large lot of legacy HP and Dell desktop computers. This auction includes HP DC7900 and 8000 Elite, as well as Dell Optiplex 5050, 780, 755, 990, 9020, GX620, 960, and a Precision 1700. Please be aware that most of these units are equipped with older Intel Core 2 or earlier processors and are being sold strictly as-is, with the possibility that individual units may be missing internal components like hard drives, RAM, or optical drives. Due to the nature of this equipment, this lot is available for local pickup only. 101 E. Coconino Street, Wickenburg, AZ 85390
 

Loading & Removal Notice

Due to School District policy, District employees are not permitted to assist with loading, lifting, transporting, or moving auction items. Buyers are solely responsible for removing all purchased items and must provide their own labor, equipment, and transportation. Please plan accordingly and ensure you bring adequate assistance for loading and removal. These items are not on a pallet. They are exactly as pictured stacked on the floor.

WUSD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness.

PayMac, handles all payments related to online auctions for WUSD. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after the notice of award of the winning bid.

WUSD will charge a sales tax of 9.5%. The tax will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of items(s) from WUSD premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or WUSD will not release the item(s). The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading, and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary. Pickup must be scheduled with the auction contact.
