** THIS UNIT MUST BE TRANSPORTED**Sale of all surplus property is, "As is" and "Where-is", without warranty. The Avondale school district reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered at any time. No service of any kind will be furnished by the Avondale school district, The successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading, or hauling, unless otherwise indicated.
**PICKUP:
- APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL AUCTIONS WITH AT LEAST A 24HR NOTICE.
- AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. SAME-DAY PICK-UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
- APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED: TUES-FRI 9:00 AM – 2 PM CALL OR TEXT (623-734-8512 TO SET AN APPOINTMENT. IF TEXTING PLEASE INCLUDE DATE AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT REQUESTED PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE AUCTION NUMBERS OR A PICTURE OF THE RECIEPT. WE WILL TEXT BACK WITH CONFIRMATION WHEN CALLING PLEASE HAVE AUCTION NUMBERS READY.
- PICK UP LOCATION FOR THIS AUCTION - 100 S 3rd ave Avondale AZ (Maintenance and transportation).
- PLEASE HAVE ALL AUCTION NUMBERS ALONG WITH VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY AVAILABLE WHEN PICKING UP YOUR AUCTION OR THE AUCTION WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
- Buyer is encouraged to bring help if needed. If items are picked up by a third party, please notify them to arrive fully equipped.
- If someone other than the bidder is picking up the item, please email a letter of authorization from the winning bidder's email account to mbraniff@cabq.gov. Letter must include the winning bidder's name, auction number, and the third party's name. Please also include a copy of your (winning bidder) driver's license. The third party must provide their driver's license at the time of pick up. We WILL NOT release anything until we receive this information.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
