ONLY THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT POSSESS A VALID FFL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO PICK-UP AWARDED ITEMS.

*Valid I.D., Winning Notice and a copy of FFL and transfer with current transaction date must be presented at time of pick up4lf
an individual other than the award winner is to pick-up the item(s), the individual must possess a valid FFL and provide a copy of
such, must provide valid photo I.D., winning notice, and a notarized letter from the award winner giving authorization to the
individual to conduct business on the winners behalf. If a business is sending an employee to pick up firearm(s), that employee
must provide an original notarized letter from the business stating that they have permission to pick up on the FFL holder's behalf
and must show proof of employment. This letter must include a copy of the award winners photo identification.
Items have been confiscated or abandoned, description are based solely upon general observation. Items may need repair or be
incomplete, all known and available information for items has been provided. All firearms are sold 'as is" and we offer no
warranty as to the serviceability of the firearm. You should have them inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to use.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER FOR RELEASE / SALE OF FIREARM
In consideration of having custody of the ("firearm") released into my possession, I , on behalf of myself and my spouse, children,,
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby forever release, waive, and discharge Pinal County and the Pinal County
Sheriff's Office and each of their members, officers, managers, employees and agents ("the County") from any and all liability,
claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever for bodily injury, personal injury or property damage, loss or injury,
including death, disability, emotional injury of any kind, medical expenses, lost wages or income, and any other compensatory
damage that may be sustained arising out of the custodial-release of the firearm. I agree to hold the County harmless from and
against any responsibility for any and all claims, damages and losses arising out of the custodial-release of the firearm. I
understand and recognize that I am solely and entirely responsible for the firearm and that I take custody of the firearm and any
accessory, part, addition or modification thereof or therein. I agree that this Acknowledgment and Waiver shall be interpreted
according to Arizona law and that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of
Arizona. I have read, understand and do knowingly and voluntarily agree to each of the terms and conditions of this
Acknowledgment and Waiver, as indicated by my signature on the date indicated on receipt.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Pinal County will charge an applicable tax4The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the
buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10)
business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at
time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
